By registering and accepting Fragrina’s Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and that all the information provided is accurate and complete. You agree not to use our website for any criminal, fraudulent, or illegal activities, or in any way that may cause harm or distress to any third party. Should we suspect any fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to our website without prior notice.

While we strive to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during business days, you can also leave a message in our email inbox or on WhatsApp outside of these hours, and we will address them in the order they are received.
At Fragrina, we guarantee that all products sold are 100% genuine; we do not deal in counterfeits or replicas.
Please note that images on our website are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual products. Color variations may occur due to limitations in the photographic process and screen differences.
All products and prices are subject to availability. Items in your shopping basket may change as you proceed to checkout, so please double-check your order before submitting payment.
We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Klarna, and Clearpay. Fragrina will not be responsible for any charges or payment processing fees that may apply based on your chosen payment method.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon by our management.
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT. If you have used our translation feature, please be aware that prices will still be charged in the respective currency, so please verify before completing your payment.
Fragrina does not store any credit or debit card details. All card transactions are processed through our secure site.
The price of a product will be as indicated on the website at the time you place your order, except in cases of obvious error. If an error in pricing is discovered after your order is placed, we will contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel the order and return your funds.
Orders may undergo additional security checks at our discretion. This could include confirming credit/debit card details, PayPal information, or full address verification. We reserve the right to request alternative payment methods or cancel orders if this information cannot be provided.
In some cases, initial postage costs quoted at the time of ordering may not cover actual shipping expenses. If this occurs, we reserve the right to request the difference in postage costs before fulfilling and dispatching your order.
Fragrina reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders at any time, limit quantities of certain items, or restrict deliveries to billing addresses at our management’s discretion.
We reserve the right to withdraw or restrict the use of promotional codes, and to limit the use of multiple promotional codes in conjunction.
While we strive for uninterrupted and error-free service, we cannot guarantee it. The service and all products provided are offered “as is” and “as available,” without any representations, warranties, or conditions of any kind. This includes but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall Fragrina, or any of its directors, employees, affiliates, or agents, be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, lost profits or data, arising from your use of our service or any products obtained through it.
All fragrance products are intended for external use only and may cause skin irritation. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that you use these products at your own risk. For information on allergens and ingredients, please refer to the ingredient guide included with the product packaging. By purchasing from us, you agree that Fragrina is not liable for any improper use of its products.
Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made before dispatch. However, you may leave a note when ordering if you have specific requests.
Fragrina reserves the right to omit any gift messages deemed inappropriate or offensive.
If we cannot fulfill your order due to stock unavailability, we will attempt to provide an alternative or refund your payment for items we cannot supply. We will not offer any additional compensation for disappointment.
If customs or import duties are applied once a parcel leaves the UK, those charges must be borne by the recipient. Please note that we only ship to the UK at the moment.
Please notify us if your UK order dispatched via Standard Tracked or Express Tracked Delivery has not arrived within 15 working days; in such cases, the parcel may be deemed “missing,” and we can offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
In compliance with the Data Protection Act 1988, we will not disclose your details to any third party unless you have expressly permitted us to do so.
Any complaints should be directed to us via email at fragrinaltd@gmail.com. We aim to acknowledge complaints promptly, and all complaints will be acknowledged within 3 working days, with updates provided on progress.
Fragrina will not be liable for any failure to deliver the goods you have ordered or any delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
